For every type of cooking

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

2. Place the Pinsa directly on the middle rack or on a preheated baking tray.


3. Bake for 4 minutes. If you prefer a crispier Pinsa, you can extend the cooking time by 30-40 seconds.
