Crushed tomatoes maintain moisture and freshness without weighing down the base.
🧀 Mozzarella: add it halfway through cooking
If added immediately, it releases too much water. Add it after 2–3 minutes for a dry and stringy pizza.
🥖 Want more crispiness?
Bake for an extra 30–60 seconds directly on the oven rack.
🌿 Season with balance
Too many ingredients prevent the base from developing proper fragrance and airiness.
