Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Mokha Cafe Srls, Via Olona 23, 21056 Induno Olona (VA), Italy, VAT No. 03567240126.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

Germany

France
We currently ship only within the European Union.
2. Order processing times
All products are prepared just in time after the order is placed.
Orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier within 24 hours from order confirmation, on business days only.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, logistics flows, public holidays, and courier operations.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Italy: approximately 48 hours

Germany: approximately 3 to 4 business days

France: approximately 3 to 4 business days
These delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping methods
Orders are shipped using standard delivery services through our courier partners.
A tracking number is provided for every order.
Where available, customers may also be offered the option to collect their order from a designated pickup hub instead of home delivery.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping is free for orders of €59 or more.
For orders below this threshold, the applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout.
No area-based surcharges currently apply.
6. Packaging
Products are shipped in protective packaging designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
Each pizza base is individually sealed. The products are placed inside an additional sealed cardboard box intended to protect the goods from breakage and accidental damage during handling and shipping.
7. Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at info@invera.it.
If the shipment needs to be reorganized due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to coordinate with the courier. Any additional shipping or handling costs arising from incorrect customer-provided information may be charged to the customer where applicable and proportionate.
8. Failed delivery and non-collection
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or make available a pickup option at a designated hub, depending on the courier’s procedures.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for return.
9. Damaged parcels or damaged goods on arrival
Customers must inspect the parcel and products upon delivery.
If the parcel or products appear visibly damaged, opened, crushed, or otherwise compromised, the customer must contact us at info@invera.it within 24 hours of delivery, indicating the order number and attaching clear photos of:

the external parcel,

the internal packaging,

the affected product(s),

the shipping label, where possible.
This 24-hour notice requirement is intended to help us verify transport-related issues promptly with the courier and assess the claim efficiently.
10. Storage
Our pizza bases must be stored in a pantry at room temperature, outside the refrigerator, in accordance with the product instructions.
